Besides all of these prominent expertise, NICTAA plans to build a team of equally passionate and dynamic permanent office staff with a CEO, a Program Director, Policy/Research Director, Communication/Advocacy Director, Admin/Finance Director and Membership Manager and other supporting staff.
NICTAA is composed of three pillars of the ICT sector:

2. Civil Society
3. Academia
The organizational structure of NICTAA is comprised of the following bodies:
General Assembly
The General Assembly of the members is the highest decision-making and governing body of the NICTAA and is to be held at least every other year.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors constitutes the Council and is responsible for managing the Alliance, planning and administration of the General Assemblies. The Board of Directors supervises all policies, endeavors and administration of the organization. The Board consists of 12 members: five members from the Private Sector, five from the Civil Society and two from the Academia
Board of Advisors
The Board of Advisors is a panel of experts that the Board of Directors consults with on different issues.
Committees
NICTAA has two kinds of members’ committees: advisory committees that contribute to particular activities and guide Alliance strategies in various arenas, and event program committees that shape program content for specific conferences.
Secretariat
The Secretariat provides administrative and organizational support to the members, General Assemblies and the Board of Directors. It is headedby a Chief Executive Office supported by a team of full time staff. The operation of Secretariat is reviewed by the General Assemblies and the Board of Directors.
